Personal

I graduated in 2004 from Columbus High School in Columbus, Nebraska and then went on to study Language Arts Education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. While at UNK I met my wonderful husband, Nate, in choir. We instantly hit it off and were married July 29, 2006...the rest is history! We don't have children quite yet, but we are currently in the adoption process. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, camping, traveling, reading, writing, playing my guitar, and listening to music.
